Build Fast & Protect Your Data

We find the security gaps in the tools, workflows and agents your team builds with AI, fix them, and keep checking as you work.

Audits start at $2,500.

Our Process

  1. 01

    Discovery

    Free

A one-hour call and a look at your specs. No access needed. You get a written proposal with scope, hours and cost.

  2. 02

    Audit

    10 to 40 hoursFrom $2,500

Under NDA, with read access to your code, hosting and database. We test who can see, change or export confidential data, look for exposed keys, and confirm access ends when someone leaves.

    • Quick Audit covers the highest-risk areas.
    • Full Audit covers the whole system, plus a penetration test.
  3. 03

    Prioritize

    Working sessionIncluded in audit

At the end of the audit we walk you through the report in a working session: every finding ranked by severity, anything critical flagged the same day it is found. Together we set a fix plan that fits your priorities and budget.

  4. 04

    Hardening Sprint

    20 to 80 hours

We fix what the report found: scope keys to what each tool needs, rotate anything exposed, move risky tools off live data, and shut off access that should have ended. Your team can do it instead, with our instructions. Each fix is checked.

  5. 05

    Ongoing Protection

    8 to 16 hours a month

Automated checks on every change, a safe place to build without touching live data, and a fresh review whenever something important changes. We show your team safe ways to build new tools, so the next one ships without the gaps.

Ready for diligence. You get clear, documented answers on how you protect data and use AI now, and if you go for SOC 2 later, this work covers much of the groundwork.

Our Work

One builder, shipping daily, with no safety net

Problem
A live platform on Supabase was losing submissions and merging records wrongly, with no safe way to test.
What we did
Fixed the processing logic, built a sandbox disconnected from live services, and added 10 integration tests.
Result
Changes get checked before release, and known failures are caught automatically instead of by users.

Customer data in a Supabase research platform

Problem
A Next.js and Supabase platform used an all-access database key for routine customer requests.
What we did
Replaced it with authenticated requests and database rules for who can view or change records, with admin operations kept separate.
Result
Every operation follows the signed-in user's permissions, enforced by the database rather than just the interface.

AI tools connected to private information

Problem
A personal AI assistant connected to email, calendars and outside services had no limits on sensitive actions or on what left the system.
What we did
Added tool permissions, approval checks for sensitive operations, and rules for what private information can go out, each with tests.
Result
Explicit, reviewable rules for what the AI can access, send or change, and when a person must approve.

Scott Blew leads the engagement and is your single point of contact, from the first call to the last fix. He has founded two venture-backed companies and spent a decade leading teams that built software handling customer, financial and energy data for PG&E, Microsoft, Amazon, Disney, Toyota, Netflix and many more. He scopes the work, keeps it inside the agreed cap, and explains every finding in plain terms.

Sante Kotturi

Sante Kotturi

Sante Kotturi leads the technical work. He's a four-time founder and CTO who started his first AI company in 2013, spent five years leading R&D at DARPA's Operational Neuroscience Lab building Navy SEAL training systems and handling sensitive health data under Top Secret clearance, and now builds and secures AI systems in production on stacks like Vercel and Supabase.
